I installed the tutorials, but they fail to launch from SellFolio Builder

Applicability: SellFolio 4.0 Complete only

Explanation

In SellFolio 4.0 Complete, and after installing the tutorials, you can access the tutorials by clicking the Tutorials button at the top menu bar.  On some users' systems (including Vista 64-bit editions), the tutorials cannot be found, resulting in an error message in SellFolio Builder.  This is due to Windows installing SellFolio Builder in a location other than what we intended.

Solution

1) You can launch the tutorials manually.  On your Windows Desktop, in a blank area, RIGHT-click.  Choose New > Shortcut.

2) For the "location," type:
C:\Program Files(x86)\SellFolio V4 Tutorials\tutorials.exe
NOTE: if the path above does not work, then browse for your Program Files (or equivalent folder) and locate the SellFolio V4 Tutorials folder, where you'll find the tutorials.exe file.

3) For the "name," type SellFolio Tutorials.

4) Double-click that shortcut to launch the tutorials.
